Hours:5 days, 6 hrs per day (10am – 4pm)

Pay rate:$45,000

We are seeking for an enthusiastic Office & Sales Administrator to join our team in Toronto, ON.

The ideal candidate must have:

The ability to work independently and multi-task with strong organizational skills.

Good communication skills.

B2B sales support experience.

Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook (some familiarity with Quickbooks is a plus).

Sales Administration Responsibilities:

Managing US/Canadian retailer vendor portals (eg. Wal-Mart Retail Link, Target PartnersOnline).

Updating client contact databases.

Responding to customer service and consumer inquiries.

Managing sales leads.

Coordinating customer purchase orders.

Office Administration Responsibilities:

Managing payroll and HR related administrative tasks (WSIB submissions, employee hours, etc).

Preparing shipping documentation (basic understanding of transportation and logistics is a plus).

Stocking and replenishment of facility supplies.

Other day to day office administration.
