1. Position Summary

This role encompasses two primary objectives:

1) Efficient Scheduling Management: Your key responsibility is to confirm the scheduling of equipment installations, inspections, and external training sessions. This involves persistence, planning and coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly.

2) Client Information Management: Maintaining an accurate and consistently updated client information is crucial. Your role includes the essential task of ensuring our client information is always current and error-free.

Office Setting:

Your work will primarily take place in an office environment.

Schedule:

The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There may be instances where you are required to work outside of these hours.

Occasional Travel:

While travel is not a regular part of the job, there may be occasional trips required as a condition of employment.

Flexibility:

2. Major Responsibilities

Inspections Management Responsibilities:
Daily:

1.Proactive Client Review:Continuously assess clients’ inspection and training requirements to stay ahead of scheduling needs.

2.Client Interaction:Maintain daily communication with clients to coordinate inspection and training appointments efficiently. This will require quoting, invoicing, booking communicating with the trainer.

3.Documentation Updates:Regularly update documentation for inspectors, clients, trainers, and the front office to ensure information accuracy and accessibility.

Weekly:
4.Managerial Review:Collaborate with the inspections manager on a weekly basis to review scheduling progress and inspection outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
5.Monthly Scheduling Review:Conduct a monthly review of the scheduling process, looking for opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
