Full job description
Mountain Linens is looking for individuals to supervise and co-ordinate duties at our facility which consist of , separating laundry, sorting, washing, folding and pressing of linens. The ideal candidate should be flexible and have a willingness to learn. They should be punctual and have good organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to supervise evening / night shifts an asset.
Job duties
· Co-ordinate, assign and review the positions at the facility including separating, washing, folding, pressing of the linens
· Co-ordinate activities with evening or day shift on assignments
· Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
· Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
· Ordering of supplies and materials
· Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
· Monitor quality and production levels
· Ensuring quality control is achieved and clients linens are kept from being mixed up
· Responsible for shift crews
· May perform the same duties as workers supervised
· Communicate with the operation managers on a regular basis regarding employee performance and facility requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $26.44 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week

8 hour shift
Day shift
Holidays
Night shift
Weekends as needed
