Job Summary
Hours:40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Schedule to be determined.
Reports to: Program Supervisor and Executive Director
Skills and Duties:
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate emergent curriculum
Create documentation that is meaningful to children and families
Work well in a team environment
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Understanding of Licensing requirements, Public Health requirements and ability to adhere to them in daily practise
Interact and engage with children at their level
Qualification:
Early learning and childcare certificate or diploma an asset
Valid First Aid Certification an asset
Current Criminal record check mandatory
