Job QualificationsRequired Qualifications
Office Administration Certificate.
Experience
Twelve (12) months previous experience in an office environment.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Ability to work independently.
Advanced training in Microsoft Access and Excel programs is required.
Basic accounting skills.
Basic medical terminology.
Intermediate keyboarding skills (45 wpm).
Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge in Workplace Hazardous Information Materials Systems (WHMIS) and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) legislation is preferred.
Proficiency in database management is preferred.
Other Information
Testing in Microsoft Access and Excel is to be done prior to interviews.
This position is accountable for the provision of all WHMIS/TDG/Hazardous Substance administrative services.
