Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Booking Agent. The Booking Agent will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing booking systems, coordinating schedules, securing bookings for talent, and maintaining excellent communication with clients. Responsibilities include fostering positive client relationships, negotiating contracts, resolving customer service inquiries, and supporting the sales process to maximize opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and provide timely responses
- Proficiency in Booking Systems and experience with scheduling or managing appointments
- Sales and Negotiation skills for securing agreements and maximizing bookings
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with the entertainment or creative industries is a plus
- Demonstrated professionalism and reliability in a remote work environment
