We are currently hiring for multiple server and kitchen helper positions in a dynamic restaurant environment. Duties
- Take and serve customer orders efficiently using POS systems, including Micros POS, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Handle food safely according to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately during service
- Provide excellent guest services by attending to customer needs, upselling menu items, and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Maintain proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices throughout shifts
- Support the kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks as needed
- Manage time effectively to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for cashiering and transaction management
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation standards
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts
- Experience in food handling, food safety, and hospitality environments is advantageous
- Capable of working in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail and guest satisfaction
- Must be 18 years or older (if applicable) depending on local regulations
