JOB OVERVIEW
We are hiring experienced appliance delivery and installation professionals for travel-based positions. We are currently looking to fill both Driver and Helper roles. This is a skilled, hands-on role that requires appliance installation knowledge and the ability to connect water and gas lines inside customers’ homes and businesses. Drivers must also have proven straight box truck driving experience.

This is NOT an entry-level position. If you do not have direct, verifiable experience in appliance delivery and installation, please do not apply. During the interview, you will be asked specific technical questions about your experience and references will be required.
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS — THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE
– Minimum 5 years of verifiable straight box truck driving experience
– Must be fully comfortable operating a large straight box truck in residential areas, tight spaces, and across long-distance interstate routes
– Valid DOT medical card — must be current
– Clean driving record with absolutely no points in the last 7 years
– Experience driving across multiple states or markets is strongly preferred
HELPER REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum 2 years of verifiable appliance delivery or installation experience
– Must be comfortable assisting with all deliveries and installations under the direction of the lead driver
RESPONSIBILITIES — ALL POSITIONS
– Deliver and install appliances at residential homes and commercial businesses
– Install washers, dryers, refrigerators, and ranges
– Connect water and gas lines to appliances
– Remove and haul away old appliances as needed
– Lead or assist crew on all deliveries and installations
– Provide professional, courteous service to every customer
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS — ALL POSITIONS
– Hands-on, verifiable experience delivering and installing appliances — REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS
– Demonstrated experience connecting water and gas lines — REQUIRED
– Must be able to provide employer references from previous appliance delivery or installation jobs
– Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
– Must be willing and able to travel — positions serve customers across multiple markets
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Reliable, punctual, and professional in all customer interactions
– Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check

Pay: $1,260.00 – $1,575.00 per week
