Evelt Brothers Landscape LLC is looking for an experienced, dependable, and hardworking Landscaping Foreman / Lawn Mowing Crew Leader to join our growing team.
We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, can lead a crew efficiently, communicate professionally with customers, and help maintain our equipment and daily operations.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Prior landscaping and lawn maintenance experience required
- Experience leading or managing a crew preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to show up on time every day
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers
- Understanding of basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage lawn mowing/landscape crews
- Ensure properties are completed efficiently and to company standards
- Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance
- Communicate with customers when needed
- Train and assist team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Pay: $22.00 – $24.50 per hour
