Responsibilities
- Exceed sales objectives through performance management.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting new clients via outbound calls and cold calling to closing deals through effective negotiation techniques.
- Oversee hotel sales operations, ensuring inventory management aligns with sales goals and customer demand
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to identify new opportunities for upselling and expanding market share.
- Represent the company at industry events, public speaking engagements, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop compelling marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to attract new customers.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and organizational skills to ensure a professional customer experience at all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- A senior executive responsible for sales in a full-service Holiday Inn with experience in hotel sales in the Fort Wayne, Indiana market.
- Involved with tourism organizations in Fort Wayne.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals successfully.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Experience in Opera software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent public speaking abilities combined with strong communication skills for engaging presentations and client interactions

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
