With the proper skill and work ethic this is a very well paid position with overtime available.
Salary Range: $ 20.00 – $ 40.00 based upon experience and qualifications.

This is a Full-Time First shift Mold Polisher position and is for a person who likes challenging work and is able to problem solve in a fast paced tool and die shop.
Responsibilities:
Polishes to any finish required by the use of electronic polishers/and or by hand.
- Use abrasives, air powered tools, stones and other equipment to safely and efficiently polish metal materials to meet required results.
- Forms and sharpens stones on grinding machines.
- Keeps stones sorted as to grit and composition.
- Cleans all components after polishing.
- Uses appropriate polishing lubricants.
- Other duties and machine shop tasks as assigned.
Qualifications – Education and Experience:
- Prior Experience Desired. Willing to train the right team member.
Qualifications – Skills and Competencies:
- Attention to Detail and Quality.
- Understanding of different types of surface finishes
- Knowledge of various stone composition & grits
- Ability to Read, Write & Follow Instructions.
- Extensive degree of visual attention and hand control required.
- Visual aid is regularly using eye magnification or microscopes.’
