Hotel Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team at Quality Inn Alamosa. This position is responsible for helping maintain the overall condition of the hotel, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, safe, and functioning properly.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance
- Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and general repairs
- Help maintain the appearance of the hotel grounds and common areas
- Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally
Qualifications:
- Prior maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Must be dependable and detail oriented
- Weekends and holidays may be required
