Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
Inspecting new inventory clothes with precision.
Grading items and documenting flaws accurately.
Capturing captivating photos to highlight each garment’s charm.
Cataloging items meticulously.
Preparing clothes for sale with care.
Assisting with inventory management and shipping tasks.
Utilizing basic computer skills for smooth operations.
Creating engaging social media content for Instagram and Facebook.
Training & Schedule:
Training for this position will consist of a 4-hour shift on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), followed by a start on the subsequent Monday. The regular work schedule will be 4 hours a day, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), with flexible start and stop times between 7 am and 3 pm each weekday. The focus is on productivity; as long as the expected work is completed during the shift, you will thrive.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
This position is ideal for recent high school graduates, college students, or parents seeking flexible work hours. As a growing company, the initial months will serve as a trial period and will be part-time. However, there is significant potential for growth within the role. With dedication and coachability, there may be opportunities for raises up to $25 per hour and full-time employment within 3 to 4 months.
