We are seeking a Medical Omnichannel Manager to support our Medical Omnichannel team. This role will assist the medical leads in transforming digital medical engagement to connect with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and enhance patient outcomes. The Manager will focus on the execution and management of digital strategies and omnichannel communication plans, working collaboratively across teams to help create seamless digital experiences for our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Digital Strategies: Assist in the planning and execution of digital medical engagement projects, helping to translate strategic plans into tactical implementation.
- Coordinate Content Development: Liaise with medical information and other cross-functional teams to facilitate the development of compelling, compliant scientific content tailored for digital distribution.
- Manage Digital Channels: Support the execution and maintenance of digital communication channels (e.g., email, websites, social media, virtual events), ensuring they are integrated effectively with other medical channels like field teams and congresses.
- Analyze Data and Report: Track, analyze, and report on key digital medical metrics, providing insights to the Medical Experience Lead to help optimize the customer experience and standardize processes.
- Support Innovation: Stay updated on digital medical engagement trends and identify new tools or innovations from within and outside the pharmaceutical industry for team review.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure all digital medical communications adhere to high standards of compliance, ethics, and safety, putting patients at the center of all actions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, digital medical education, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical / Biotech industry, Medical Affairs, or a CRO is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with digital channels and omnichannel program execution.
- Experience in Clinical Trial Recruitment is not required but is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
This position is fully embedded in a pharmaceutical company.
The base salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $110,000. This role also provides the opportunity to earn additional performance-based compensation. Additional benefits may include insured benefits such as health care, vision, dental, disability, and contributory retirement savings plans, etc.
