Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate estetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in esthetic treatments and possess the ability to provide exceptional service to clients. Experience with hydrafacial, geneo, and microneedling is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Maintain accurate client records using salon software to track treatment plans and progress.
- Provide education to clients about post-treatment care and expected outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in laser treatments and cosmetic procedures.
- Collaborate with other beauty professionals, including nurses, PAs, MDs, and estheticians, to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization within the treatment area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Valid esthetician license is required.
- Experience with hydrafacial, geneo etc.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Previous experience in retail sales or barbering is considered a plus.
