Wellness Counter is a refined Japanese restaurant in Boulder centered around sushi, seasonal cuisine, thoughtful technique, and hospitality-driven service. Our kitchen program focuses on precision, organization, ingredient quality, and consistency across both hot and cold preparation.
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Line Cooks to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment and wants to grow within a serious culinary program focused on discipline, consistency, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute dishes according to restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and station readiness throughout service
- Follow prep lists, recipes, and kitchen systems consistently
- Assist with prep production, station setup, and breakdown
- Handle ingredients with care and attention to quality
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Support overall kitchen operations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Experience with Japanese cuisine, seafood, or refined kitchens is a plus, but not required.

Compensation
$22–$28/hour estimated total compensation, including tip participation, based on experience and qualifications.
Full-time and part-time positions available.
