Weaver Insulators is hiring a Mechanic / Warehouse Manager to keep our trucks, equipment, and warehouse running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys mechanical work, problem-solving, organization, and supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on company trucks and insulation equipment
- Track service intervals and keep up with preventative maintenance schedules
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and support installers in the field, including troubleshooting over the phone
- Perform emergency or after-hours repairs as needed
- Order parts, supplies, materials, and PPE
- Communicate with vendors and outside repair shops
- Manage inventory and keep the warehouse clean, organized, and stocked
- Unload deliveries and assist walk-in customers with materials and loading
- Complete maintenance and operational paperwork accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in automotive, fleet, equipment, or small engine repair
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting ability
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills, including email and online ordering
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred but Not Required
- Warehouse or inventory experience
- Forklift certification
- Willingness to obtain a Class B CDL
Schedule
- Full-time
- Approximately 45 hours per week
- Half-day every other Saturday during busy season
- On-call for after-hours or emergency breakdowns as needed
Pay & Benefits
- $22–$30/hour, depending on experience
