Pay: $83,000 – $145,000 per year (based on diagnostics ability, skill, and production)

Who This Role Is For
This role is for experienced, professional automotive technicians.
- ASE Master Technicians welcome
- Highly skilled Technicians welcome
- (Master certification not required if diagnostics ability is strong)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Repairs & Diagnostics: electrical, drivability, no-start, warning lights
- HVAC and A/C diagnostics and repair
- Repairs done correctly the first time
- Working within established systems that support technicians
What This Is Not
- Not entry-level
- Not learn-as-you-go
- Not a shop figuring things out as it goes
This shop already knows what it’s doing.
We’re adding one professional technician to an existing team.
Ideal Background
- 3+ years professional automotive repair experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic ability (electrical & drivability)
- HVAC / A/C diagnostic experience
- Comfortable with scan tools, Lab-Scope and digital inspections
- Pride in workmanship and professionalism
