Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master Automotive Glass Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly installing, repairing, and maintaining automotive glass and related components across a variety of vehicle makes and models. Your expertise will ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Perform precise removal and installation of auto glass, including windshields, door glass, quarter glass, back glass, sliders, sunroofs and specialty glass components.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to assess damage and determine appropriate repair or replacement procedures.
- Apply advanced techniques such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration to ensure proper sensor alignment after glass installation.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and materials for efficient workflow.
Experience & Requirements
- Proven experience or extensive background in quality automotive glass installation is required.
- Familiarity with ADAS calibration procedures and auto estimating systems is a strong plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $98,000.00 per year
