A residential heating and air conditioning company in Quebec is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a position based in the eastern part of Montreal, in Anjou.
Under the supervision and collaboration of the Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator provides support to the marketing and sales team. Key responsibilities include planning and organizing marketing activities, as well as supporting traditional and digital marketing initiatives.

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000
Group insurance
40-hour work week, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
On-site parking in Montreal – Anjou
3 weeks of vacation
Responsibilities
Assist the Sales & Marketing Director in implementing the promotional aspect of the promotion strategy.
Ensure the marketing aspect of the website and follow its marketing plan.
Collaborate with various partners for website updates and implement website visibility tactics for consumers and internet users.
Manage publication schedules and implement sponsored campaigns.
Produce content, materials, and/or tools for the destination on various digital platforms.
Stay updated on social media trends, digital technologies, and best practices to inform and improve social media strategies.
Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and timely information.
Manage schedules for employees in the sales department.
Conduct labor relations in collaboration with Human Resources.
Act as a substitute for the Sales & Marketing Director during meetings, vacation replacements, etc.
Qualifications
Hold a degree in marketing, communication, sales, or an equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
Proficiency in French and English.
Experience in personnel management.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva or Adobe Suite).
