Position Summary:

Our parent company, GMS Canada is seeking an experienced and

innovative

Marketing Manager to

join ourdynamicteam

. The Marketing &

Communication

Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive

brand awareness

,

customer engagement

, and sales growth. This individual will also serve as a liaison between our Canadian Marketing Team and the USA’s Marketing Team to enhance the GMS brand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, marketing strategy, digital marketing, and brand & event management.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and communicate comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote company products/services, increase brand visibility, and drive sales.

Serve as a liaison between the GMS Canada subsidiaries and the USA’s marketing and

communication

team.

Lead market research efforts to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform brand guidelines, strategies, and tactics.

Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including website content, advertising materials, swag/ company peripherals, social media content, and communications.

Manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns to optimize reach and conversion.

Analyze marketing, sales data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance, ROI, and customer insights, and make data-driven recommendations for

optimization

.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.

Manage marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of experience in marketing, with a

proven track record

of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics platforms.

Excellent

analytical skills

, with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics to drive insights and decision-making.

Exceptional

and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with
