About the Role As the Growth Marketing Manager at Creator, you will spearhead our customer acquisition efforts, driving towards ambitious quarterly growth targets and fueling pipeline expansion. We are seeking a

dynamic

and strategic B2B marketer with a

proven track record

in executing performance-driven marketing campaigns across various stages of the customer lifecycle.

This person will be a systems-thinker who can create a scalable growth marketing program across SEM, Paid Digital, Website and Email. You’ll play a key role in helping Creator scale the business globally working with the marketing and revenue team to optimize performance across the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Own and manage our SEM, Digital Advertising, Web lead and Email nurture program from defining an overarching strategy to mapping out the channels, campaigns, audiences, ads, etc.

Create and execute the lifecycle marketing strategy to drive self service sign-ups and demo requests

Oversee and optimize demand generation budget and deliver intended lead gen outcomes.

Ensure proper tracking is built so we can clearly identify the specific demo bookings coming from each campaign.

Understand and monitor sales KPIs like qualification rates, conversion rates, ARPU, and time to win by source.

Work with the rest of the marketing team to build out a lead scoring framework to optimize revenue from demos booked.

Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing programs to drive, test, learn, and optimize cycles.

Document all experiments and generate regular reports on wins and failures for the broader revenue team.

Work closely with marketing, product, sales and operations departments to develop and implement new ideas and tactics for driving engagement and acquisition.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user behavior throughout the marketing funnel.

Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in our marketing funnel and design experiments to fill those gaps.

Implement segmentation using our existing install and customer base data and leverage these segments for personalization customer journeys.

Own, write, and produce customer lifecycle communications including ad copy, landing pages, email marketing, in-app notifications, pop ups, and personalized outreach.

Requirements:

Experience working

in a growth marketing role in a SaaS organization, with a strong understanding of how to optimize performance through the customer lifecycle.
