Full job description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer emails, live chat, and phone calls in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
Handle customer inquiries about transit times, product substitutions, order changes, and general questions.
Help customers who come in for pick-up orders
Process orders, returns, and refunds
Must be able to communicate and work with other agents and co-workers.
Perform general administrative duties
Daily cleaning and maintenance of offices and work stations.
Exceptional punctuality
Comply with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Research audience preferences and discover current trends
Creating engaging text, image and video content
Designing posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products
Measuring web traffic and monitoring SEO
Staying up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
Training co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way
Facilitating online conversations with customers and respond to queries
Reporting on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
Developing an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
Overseeing social media accounts’ layout
Suggesting new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
Qualifications
Marketing Degree
Two years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
English: Fluent- speaking, reading, and writing
Spanish: Fluent- speaking, reading, and writing (for bilingual agents)
Strong computer literacy skills
Knowledge of help desk software
Average typing speed of 30 WPM
Detail oriented and must be able to multitask
Numerically proficient with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Interpret and relay information
Working conditions
Work in an office and warehouse setting.
Work occasional weekends

Ability to lift 30 pounds
Able to go up and down ladders
Squatting, kneeling, crouching, bending, and walking
