Marketing Automation Specialist
Compensation:
$55,000/year – $65,000/year
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in email marketing
Extensive experience in automation
Strong copywriting experience
Strong technical aptitude for learning new tools & platforms, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
Nice to have:
Recent experience building email campaigns in Mailchimp
Working knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce platforms
Experience working with eCommerce products and tools
Experience in creating and maintaining social content across a variety of platforms
Bilingual proficiency (English/French)

TheMarketing Automation Specialistrole is highly collaborative, focusing onbuilding automated marketing campaignsto increase conversions and reach customers at critical points throughout the customer journey. This role requires someone very comfortable withcopywriting,experimentation,understanding customer intent, and a desire tooptimize the customer journey. This role requires someone with an exceptional eye for detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to self-manage multiple projects and timelines. This role offers the opportunity for the successful applicant to grow both their skills and career based on successful performance and a willingness to learn.
Your role will be primarily focused on the following:
Building Automated Email Campaigns (65%):
Learning Worksite’s products front to back
Copywriting
Building new email campaigns
Maintaining & optimizing existing email campaigns through constant experimentation
Experimentation (25%):
Constantly testing new email campaigns and campaign variants through experimentation with copy, timing, assets, products, calls to action, etc.
Finding new ways to engage with Worksite’s wide variety of customers
Professional Development (10%)
Participating in Worksite Safety’s training programs to gain first hand experience with product catalogue, market, and the problems that those products solve for our end-users
Participate in Continuing Education courses and industry events to improve/refine and learn new skill sets
