Responsibilities:

Conduct Comprehensive Market Research:

Execute both primary and secondary research methodologies to gather in-depth insights into the local market, consumer behaviour, and industry trends.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

Analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and threats for our clients.

Pricing Study:

Evaluate pricing strategies in the market and recommend competitive pricing models to enhance our clients’ positioning.

Field Surveys:

Plan and execute field surveys to gather quantitative and qualitative data, ensuring accuracy and  Interviews:

Conduct interviews with key stakeholders, industry experts, and consumers to gain deeper insights into market dynamics.

Secret Shopper Program:

Develop and execute secret shopper initiatives to assess customer experience and gather real-time data on service quality (with the help of subcontractors).Feasibility Analysis:

Conduct thorough feasibility studies to assess the viability of potential business ventures, providing insights into potential risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

Familiarity with various market research methodologies

Ability to

conduct pricing studies and analyse financial models

Experience in organising field surveys

Strong analytical and

critical thinking

skills

Excellent written and verbal

communication skills

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data interpretation

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point Ability  to work independently and collaboratively in a

team environment
