Market and Competitor Analysis:
Analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and threats for our clients.
Pricing Study:
Evaluate pricing strategies in the market and recommend competitive pricing models to enhance our clients’ positioning.
Field Surveys:
Plan and execute field surveys to gather quantitative and qualitative data, ensuring accuracy and Interviews:
Conduct interviews with key stakeholders, industry experts, and consumers to gain deeper insights into market dynamics.
Secret Shopper Program:
Develop and execute secret shopper initiatives to assess customer experience and gather real-time data on service quality (with the help of subcontractors).Feasibility Analysis:
Conduct thorough feasibility studies to assess the viability of potential business ventures, providing insights into potential risks and opportunities.
Requirements:
Familiarity with various market research methodologies
