Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our innovative production team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing processes, supporting molding, inspection, and finishing of parts. Your expertise will help drive quality, safety, and productivity across our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and operation of Roto-Molding equipment, including CNC machinery.
- Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or process issues, implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery using hand tools and fabrication techniques to minimize downtime.
- Collect data during manufacturing processes to monitor quality standards and process efficiency; temp recordings for continuous improvement.
- Support project scheduling by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of manufacturing milestones.
- Execute accurate measurements for each individual mold. Carry out proper methods of cleaning molds.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing or construction environments.
- Strong math skills for measurements, calculations, and data analysis related to fabrication and assembly tasks.
- Experience operating hand tools, soldering equipment, and torches.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis on equipment or process issues effectively.
- Knowledge of data collection techniques to monitor production quality and process performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance and troubleshooting. Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
