At dcbel, we’re on a mission to redefine how people generate, store, and use energy at home. Our flagship product, Ara, is transforming residential energy by combining EV charging, energy storage, and smart home power management into one powerful platform.
To support our growth and scale production, I'm looking for a Manufacturing Specialist to join my team and play a key role in bringing Ara to life.
🔧 What you’ll work on:
– Support the manufacturing ramp of a cutting-edge energy product
– Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and contract manufacturers
– Drive process improvements, quality, and efficiency on the production floor
– Help build robust, scalable manufacturing systems
