KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will:

–  Diagnose and resolve issues on the shop floor related to manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.

–  Promote continuous improvement initiatives, applying principles such as LEAN and KAIZEN to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.

–  Utilize Autodesk and Inventor software for design, modeling, and analysis to optimize manufacturing processes and address technical challenges.

–  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and departments to address challenges, share insights, and implement effective solutions.

–  Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues, develop corrective actions, and implement sustainable solutions.

–  Ensure manufacturing processes comply with environmental regulations and safety standards. Work to minimize the environmental impact of manufacturing activities and create a safe working environment for employees.

–  Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of troubleshooting processes, repairs, and implemented solutions.

–  Select appropriate materials, determining the best methods of production, ensuring that the processes are efficient and cost-effective.

–  Ensure the quality of manufactured products. Implement quality control systems, testing procedures, and inspecting protocols to identify and address any defects or deviations from quality standards.
