ABOUT THE ROLE:As the Manager, Partner Marketing Advancement, you will play a pivotal role in leading the partner focused product marketing strategy. You are a builder who works well with autonomy and enjoys collaborating across multiple departments across the business. You will be working closely with Marketing, Data and Analytics, Product, and our account team to support the success of our partners. You will be responsible for identifying optimization opportunities to drive revenue growth and product penetration. This is a growth-oriented role that encompasses strategy, establishing best practices, project management, and execution.
Developing a deep understanding of our complex product offerings to ensure recommendations are tailor-made and on-strategy
Identifying, creating, testing and implementing opportunities to increase engagement and drive KPIs
Identifying data driven campaign enhancements
Collaborating with the Analytics & Insights team to provide smart business decisions including segmentation/targeting and campaign opportunities
Supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement
Collaborating with internal teams including Product Marketing, Product and Labs to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Researching and establishing marketing best practices
Presenting marketing strategy, key findings, campaign performance and learnings internally
Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement
YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:
5+ years of experience in marketing operations
Strong understanding of marketing operations, including campaign management, data analytics, and marketing automation
Creative problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
Passion for designing processes that scale
Familiarity with reporting on performance dashboards and developing key insights
An entrepreneurial mindset
A self-starter approach and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving objectives
Ability to be resourceful and adaptable to evolving challenges
