Position Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals for our Management Trainee program at our high-volume Sheridan location. This role is designed for candidates who possess a strong work ethic and the desire to transition into a Team lead or Assistant Manager role. You will receive hands-on training in all aspects of restaurant operations, from team leadership to financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Master all store stations (dough prep, landing, and front counter) to lead by example.
  • Team Leadership: Assist in supervising shifts, ensuring the crew stays productive and provides high-quality service during peak hours.
  • Inventory & Ordering: Learn to manage stock levels and place orders to ensure the store is prepared for the 6th Ave lunch and dinner rushes.
  • Training: Help onboard and train new crew members on store standards and safety protocols.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and equipment issues efficiently to maintain store flow.

Requirements

Pay: $11.00 – $17.00 per hour
