Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify and resolve maintenance issues
– Perform maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units
– Fabricate and install parts as needed
– Maintain and repair machinery and equipment
– Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff members
– Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
– Coordinate with external contractors when necessary
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
– Strong mechanical knowledge and skills
– Proficiency in electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repairs
– Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
– Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
