Job Title – Maintenance Worker/Handman
Full time – Monday – Friday (hours vary)
Occasional weekend hours
Pay Range – $23-25 per hour
Saratoga Hills in Stillwater, NY is looking for a Maintenance worker to join our on-site team and work closely with Management to maintain a high standard of Community. Must be a hard worker, eager to learn, responsible, and a problem solver, with a valid driver’s license. Knowledge of Manufactured homes is a bonus.
Responsibilities include;
General repairs, groundskeeping, basic plumbing, electrical, water/sewer, carpentry, ability to run some light equipment, hand tools, power tools, etc. willing to work outdoors in all conditions. Snow removal experience (plowing/sanding/salting) Assist with odd jobs, work orders, home repairs, as directed by on-site Management.
Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
