We are seeking a skilled and reliable Hotel Maintenance Technician in Hollywood FL 33019 to ensure that our property, equipment, and facilities are in excellent working condition and safe for both guests and staff. This full-time position plays a vital role in providing a high-quality experience for our guests by maintaining the functionality and appearance of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and kitchen equipment systems.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing walls and surfaces, and minor carpentry work.
- Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify and address potential safety hazards or maintenance issues.
- Perform landscaping duties to maintain the exterior appearance of the hotel.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in maintenance or a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work full time, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments (indoors and outdoors).
