Full time Maintenance Position
The Garden City Housing Authority (Garden City, KS) is seeking a highly qualified individual to join our maintenance staff.
The candidate will be responsible for day to day maintenance and up keep of the grounds and units for our two properties. Unit turnaround and assistance to the maintenance supervisor. High School Diploma or GED is required. Valid drivers license is required. One to three years maintenance experience preferred but not required.
Pay is based on experience. Benefits include a KPERS pension, health, dental, vision and life insurance. Company vehicle will be provided to satisfy job requirements.
