We are growing and looking for someone dependable, efficient, and comfortable working with our fast-moving kitchen. This is a hands-on job with a supportive team. Full-time position available.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes (chopping, slicing, mixing, portioning).
- Wash dishes, utensils, sheet pans, smallwares, and kitchen equipment
- Assist with daily production for sandwiches, salads, spreads, baked goods, and grab-and-go items.
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Set up and break down prep stations.
- Label, date, and store prep items correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work space.
- Assist with occasional catering prep and packaging.

Strong reliability — showing up on time, ready to work
- Able to work afternoons
- Weekend availability
- Ability to work quickly and stay organized
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for full shifts
- Team-focused mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Previous kitchen experience is required
