Key Responsibilities:
Help direct the work of Maintenance Clerk and CMMS Coordinator
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Maintenance Department
Participate in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for Maintenance and Operations
Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for Maintenance and Operations
Acts as a Maintenance Clerk mentor and back up for the following functions:
Order tools and machinery inventory parts
Communicate with vendors and suppliers
Organize, maintain and secure work tools
Coordinate with 3rd party stakeholders to schedule the repairs/services in timely manner.
Generate Reports – Generate customized, standard and ad-hoc reports, ensuring they are issued within required time frames (generate reports for Audits).
Process Maintenance Work Orders – Issue routine and corrective work orders, track to ensure timely completion, close out work orders and bring forward outstanding items or anomalies as required.
Maintain Asset Registry for all site equipment – new and existing equipment, generate labels and update maintenance schedules or job plans.
Experience Needed:
Minimum 5 years of maintenance or related experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred experience in JDE CMMS software
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, piping systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and PLC programming
