Position Overview: Are you a natural problem-solver who enjoys keeping things moving and making connections? We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in making sure shipments are scheduled, tracked, and delivered on time—while building strong relationships with carriers and customers along the way. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is passionate about finding smarter, more efficient ways to get the job done.

Location: Mississauga, ON
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the transportation and shipping of goods while ensuring compliance with all regulations and company standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and customers to keep operations running smoothly.
• Schedule and monitor shipments, keeping clients and team members informed every step of the way.
• Analyze logistics data to uncover trends, suggest improvements, and help reduce costs.
• Create and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including bills of lading, freight invoices, and customs paperwork.
• Tackle any challenges that come up during the shipping process—whether it’s a delay, route change, or damaged goods.
• Work closely with internal teams like sales, fleet operations, and customer service to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Support the development and implementation of logistics strategies and best practices.

What you Bring

• A post-secondary education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination, ideally in a transportation brokerage or 3PL setting.
• Confidence working with logistics software and systems (TMS, WMS, etc.).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills—you’re great with people and clear under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle tasks in a fast-moving environment while staying cool and focused.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
