Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including knives, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing meal preparation and plating.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold high standards of food presentation.
- Contribute to catering events or special functions as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food service environment such as restaurants, catering, or food industry roles is highly desirable.
- Strong culinary skills including knife proficiency, food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
- Experience with dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with special dietary needs.
