What You’ll Do
As our Clinical Director, you’ll wear many hats — clinician, mentor, leader, and innovator. Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing direct, high-quality clinical care to clients (22–30 complete visits per week)
- Supervising and mentoring LGPCs, LMSWs, and pre-licensed therapists on their path to independent licensure
- Leading and facilitating therapy groups that change lives
- Ensuring full compliance with COMAR regulations and CARF accreditation standards
- Collaborating with executive leadership on clinical strategy, quality improvement, and program development
- Shaping clinical policies, training initiatives, and best practices
- Offering evening availability as needed to support clients and supervisees
What You’ll Bring
- ✅ Active, unencumbered Maryland licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist
- ✅ Board-approved supervisor status with authority to supervise LGPCs and/or LMSWs
- ✅ Strong working knowledge of COMAR regulations and CARF standards in Maryland
- ✅ Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting
- ✅ A passion for mentoring, teaching, and elevating clinical teams
- ✅ Excellent clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- ✅ A heart for service and a vision for what behavioral health can be
