What You’ll Do
Support our legal team by helping organize and update our Filevine case management system.
- Review legal documents.
- Rename documents according to detailed naming conventions.
- Organize documents into the correct folders.
- Create folders and organize case files as instructed.
- Update Filevine tabs and information accurately.
- Follow detailed written instructions and standardized workflows.
- Flag questions or issues instead of making assumptions.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency throughout the project.
This is not client-facing and requires no legal background, though it is preferred, — just focus, consistency, organization, and integrity.

Hours & Pay
- Full-time (40 hrs./week), U.S. daytime hours (e.g., 8 AM–5 PM CST). Moderate flexibility.
- Additional scheduled hours (up to 50 hours per week) may be available based on project needs and performance.
- Paid biweekly via Wise or preferred payment method.
- Starting rate: **$6.00 USD per hour** (approximately **$1,040–$1,300 USD per month**, depending on scheduled hours).
- This position begins as a project focused on organizing and updating our Filevine case management system.
- High-performing tea ———- mbers may receive raises, additional responsibilities, and may be considered for future part-time or full-time opportunities with our firm as business needs arise.
