Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for a Leasing Manager, based in Kelowna, BC. The Leasing Manager will oversee showing of available properties, lease administration, and focus on lead to resident conversion. Day-to-day responsibilities include following up on leads, showing prospective tenants, executing leasing documents, coordinating with prospective tenants, ensuring compliance with leasing policies, and managing property-related communications and documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience with residential leasing or new home sales preferred
- Proficiency in local market knowledge
- Skills in real estate sales
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detal
- Tech savvy is an asset – familiar with Hubspot, excel, Yardi all considered an asset
