As a Learning Specialist for our Titan project, you’ll be responsible for all training related to the implementation of the Workday finance solution across multiple sites and applying industry best practices around needs assessment, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training solutions. The Learning Specialist will work in close collaboration with stakeholders including providers, the project manager, and the change management team for the duration of this project.
What does your typical day look like?
Support the change management team in identifying knowledge and skill gaps to facilitate the transition of end users to the Workday environment;
Work in close collaboration with the change management team to facilitate the transition to new tools and processes;
Deliver training to various end users in French and English;
Provide train the trainer support to internal resources;
Use feedback, reviews and evaluations to determine improvement opportunities;
Participate in developing an evaluation strategy to assess the effectiveness of training programs against defined metrics and learning objectives.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
University degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a training related field;
Experience with the Workday financial module is considered a major asset.;
Experience managing learning management systems and e-learning;
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Ex.: PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Visio);
Verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of staff and to develop training programs;
Ability to communicate effectively in visual, oral and written form;
Bilingualism in French and English is mandatory, Spanish is considered an asset;
Contract until January 31, 2025
