Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restoration projects involving water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, flood recovery, and asbestos abatement.
- Coordinate emergency response efforts promptly and efficiently to minimize damage and restore safety.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and construction experience to perform cleaning, demolition, and repair tasks with precision.
- Conduct detailed assessments of job sites using industry-standard software like Xactimate for accurate scope of work and cost estimation.
- Implement respiratory protection measures and adhere to safety protocols during all restoration activities to ensure team safety.
- Oversee the use of specialized equipment for carpet cleaning, mold removal, and other remediation processes.
- Train and mentor crew members in proper techniques for restoration industry standards, including the use of respiratory protection gear and proper handling of hazardous materials.
Requirements
- Proven restoration industry experience with a strong background in fire restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, or flood recovery.
- Demonstrated ability to respond swiftly to emergency situations with readiness for emergency response procedures.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and construction techniques relevant to restoration projects.
- Knowledge of Xactimate software for estimating project costs accurately (Preferred, not required)
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively under pressure.

Pay: $26.38 – $31.77 per hour
