We are looking for our next great Lead Technician. This position will oversee the coordination and supervision of services provided to our customers while also performing work in the field. Lead Technicians possess advanced restoration job processing skills. They understand issues related to contaminants, bacteria, and mold and are capable of planning job components and activities necessary to process jobs according to industry standards. They serve as a trainer and assist in the development of other restoration personnel. The Lead Technician also understands customer requirements based on the timeliness of service, sensitivity to the situation, and equipment and process planning. Responsibilities:
- Ensure mitigation projects are performed on time and within budget
- Ensure work is performed to meet customer and company expectations
- Ensure that all project documentation is up to standards and complete
- Communicate with all involved parties about job progress
- Supervise, train, and mentor a group of technicians to make sure they are reaching their full potential
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year in the Property Restoration Industry
- Understanding of IICRC requirements for each of the following types of jobs: Water, Fire, Smoke, Mold, and Bio-Hazard
- Ability to understand and then implement established systems and processes
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines on a daily basis
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.58 – $26.24 per hour
