Job Overview
Oasis Immigration is seeking a Filing Clerk / Immigration Administrative Assistant to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing client files, preparing documentation for temporary and permanent residence applications, and performing general administrative duties to support day-to-day office operations.

Duties

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and electronic client files for immigration applications (study permits, work permits, PR, visitor visas, etc.)
  • Assist in drafting, formatting, and reviewing immigration forms and supporting documents
  • Manage correspondence and track case timelines
  • Perform general office tasks such as data entry, scanning, filing, and document management
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all client records
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure timely submission of applications

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Office Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred
  • Strong computer literacy — proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Prior experience in an immigration or legal office is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
