Position Responsibilities
Work Order Specialist
- Understand and execute provided work orders and job details
- Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
- Document any property issues, concerns, or jobsite problems
- Communicate clearly with management and team members
Equipment Operation
- Safely and efficiently operate a wide range of landscape equipment for various job types
- Verify all equipment is:
o Full on fluids
o Properly greased
o In safe and normal operating condition
- Clean and maintain equipment at the end of each workday
Seasonal Leadership & Snow Removal
- Participate in seasonal snow removal operations
- Manage assigned properties and routes to ensure work is completed per approved contracts
- Coordinate shift changes and route coverage with route partners
- Maintain professionalism and accountability during all weather conditions
