Key Responsibilities
- Manage import and export freight forwarding operations, including inland transportation
- Coordinate shipment schedules, bookings, and monitor cargo movement
- Identify and resolve shipment issues in a timely manner
- Prepare and review shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, and SLI
- Communicate and coordinate with carriers, truckers, customs brokers, warehouses, and overseas agents
- Maintain and update shipment data, including rates, billing, and tracking in internal systems
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times and costs
- Assist in managing customer logistics schedules and prepare operational reports
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related operations preferred
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
