Straight Edge Lawn Care is a locally owned Lawn Care and Landscaping Company dedicated to delivering quality and timely service to all of our customers. We are currently hiring for the 2024 spring and summer maintenance season, starting as soon as the weather permits. We are looking for candidates who value attention to detail, work well with others, and are somewhat physically fit and active. Must be available to work full-time hours in a fast-paced environment. Must be coachable and maintain a positive attitude, communicates well with clients as well as the team, and demonstrate initiative.
Starting wage is $17.00/hr depending on experience and can go to $25+/hr
monthly incentives, and increases based on performance.

Seasonal spring, summer and fall position
Work duties performed can included:
Operating walk behind and ride on lawn mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, and hand tools
General lawn care maintenance (shrub trimming, aerating, power raking, etc.).
Driving truck and trailer
General landscaping tasks
Requirements:
Valid Class 5 Drivers license
Cell phone with data for maps and other apps.
General lawn care and landscaping experience (preferrable 1 year)
Ability to work outside for 10 hour days in all weather conditions
Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
Work full time hours
Be punctual, eager and reliable
Be able to transport to shop in charleswood
