Northwest Laundry Services is seeking dependable Laundry Production Wash Crew Members to join our production team. This position supports daily laundry operations in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. No prior experience is required — we provide training.
Job Summary
Laundry Production Wash Crew Member is responsible for washing linens efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy active work, working independently or as part of a team, and maintaining consistent attendance.
Responsibilities
- Wash, Dry, and Stage linens such as towels and sheets in front of machines to process linen
- Inspect items for stains, damage, or quality issues while loading.
- Follow wash schedule to meet production requirements
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Comfortable performing physical tasks of loading and unloading 450lb washers and dryers throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Schedule & Work Environment
- Must be flexible on schedule.
- Operations run 7 days a week during the summer
- Active, production-based work environment
