About the Role
As a Crew Lead, you’ll lead by example—delivering top-tier work, mentoring team members, ensuring safety and quality standards are met and represent the company’s high-performance culture and core values on every job.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily operations on residential and commercial job sites
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and proactively manage jobsite safety
- Mentor and support your crew, promoting a culture of excellence
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Uphold and embody our company’s core values in all interactions

Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional painting experience (interior and exterior)
- Leadership experience and ability to train and mentor others
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of substrates, prep, coatings, and application techniques
- Understanding of safety regulations (PPE, ladder use, fall protection, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Legal ability to work in the U.S.
